Esther: It's Tough Being a Woman

The women's group of Living Hope Vineyard Church has just launched a new study from Beth Moore. The study is entitled "Esther: It's Tough Being a Woman." This blog will allow you to debrief and to stay connected as we go on this journey together.

  1. I cringed the first time I read Esther 1:4. I am used to those words (splendor, glory and majesty) being used only in the context of praise to God. It felt wrong to used those words to describe a man and his possesions. I was glad when Beth Moore brought up that same point at the end of day 2 and presented that beautiul Psalm to make the point. For great is the LORD and greatly to be praised!

  2. We as women have such an influence in the lives of our husbands and our children.
Be careful how YOU start the day, because it does have an impact on how those around you start their day.
Its tough being a woman, but Praise God he is in control--if we let him.
